We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the book is in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Please note that certain items, such as sale items or end-of-line products, cannot be returned.
Collection of race numbers will be possible the day before the event as well as on the day of the race according to schedules defined by the organisation directly at the start of the Chimay circuit. All practical information will be communicated by email and in the runner's guide.
Yes. They will just need to present a copy of your ID or your registration confirmation email.

Refreshments will be set up regularly along the course, with water, energy drinks, and various products suitable for the effort. A complete refreshment station will also be offered after the finish line.
Yes. Several pace leaders will be present at the Marathon and the Half-Marathon to help you achieve your goal. The proposed times will be announced before the race.
Yes, in order to ensure the safety of participants and the gradual reopening of roads, a time limit will be put in place. The precise times will be communicated in the participant guide.
Yes, subject to availability and until the date indicated by the organisation. Any price differences will be applied automatically.
Yes. A bib transfer is possible until the deadline set by the organisation, subject to an administrative fee. The procedure can be completed entirely online from your registration space.
Several car parks will be made available free of charge to participants near the start village. A detailed map will be published a few weeks before the race.
Yes. A free luggage drop as well as changing rooms will be accessible to all participants.
For safety reasons, animals are not allowed to accompany runners during the events.
Yes. The rankings will be published live on the website and will remain accessible after the event.
